At Alémais, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure your garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Alémais tags and protective packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
